True, the SP's are for when you mount them on an AIO(for example) but i personally would still always use Noctuas these things are the Industrie Benchmark for a reason and they are absolutly awesome. Have my wholy case fitted out with them. They now have a black variant so they dont look like straight from the 70s^^. The only downside to these is no RGB which for me is no big deal but something to consider :).

Hey mike, little late but if you haven't changed the fans yet I can give some input. The "SP" in name of these stands for static pressure, which are fans optimized for use in front of a resitance (such as a radiator). What you would want if want the quietest ones are "AF" (or AirFlow) labeled fans or the "ML" (magnetic levitation) ones.
