Sketching Vintage Guys 🖤 + February Plans! ✏️✨

Hello and happy February everyone! 😍✨

I can’t believe we’re already in February but here we are! 🙈 I wanted to start off the month with some sketches, and right now I’m working on a sheet of vintage actors! 🖤

I’m going to be rendering them in black & white and using some effects to try capturing that vintage photographic look, so I’m really excited to start painting them 😍 So far I’ve been recording the full process too, so you guys will get a real-time video of how I drew them from start to finish! Stay tuned for it hehe ☺️

January Recap + February Plans:

In January I wanted to challenge myself with more drawings that felt cinematic! Focusing on color, atmosphere, lighting, and blurs :) These studies really taught me a lot:

I still feel like there’s a lot I could improve on, so I want to draw more cinematic scenes like these this month!🥰 Especially characters in scenes that look and feel emotive, I want to study more emotional vibes in particular :)

Since it’s February, I also want to draw some Valentine’s Day themed stuff and more couple art! 💘 Let me know if there are any couples you’d like to see me draw 👀
