Hereβs a sneak-peek of my newest mermaid drawing, inspired by the reference you guys voted for! βΊοΈ I had so much fun with her and Iβm so happy she won the vote! I included some steps for you to see how it came together β¨
I also filmed the coloring process of this drawing for this monthβs draw with me video and Iβll be posting the video today! ππ We spent all day editing yesterday so you guys can have a cozy video to watch for your weekend π₯°
Iβll be sharing my thought process and a few coloring tips while I draw too π stay tuned for the video! Itβs going up for all Big-Hearted Butterfly patrons and Devoted Dragonfly patrons π¦β¨
In other news, our poll for this monthβs tutorial video closed and it looks like the tutorial will be about... Lineart: Techniques & Sketching Tips! ππ I am so excited to get started on this tutorial because sketching is one of my favorite things in the world about drawing π₯° For the next few weeks Iβll be writing my notes and planning for the video, and then Iβll get started on filming! π₯³
