Late Night Sketching ๐โจ + what Iโve been up to & Feature Friday! ๐

Tonight Iโve been doing some loose sketching with a reference that Iโve been wanting to draw for a while โจ I love the dramatic lighting in the reference and the hand pose, so Iโm gonna try to interpret it in my style! ๐ฅฐ I may add a magical element to it, weโll see โจ
But Iโm excited because after this drawing Iโm going to be drawing a lot of male characters for this monthโs tutorial video about how to draw male faces!! ๐ You guys know I love drawing females, but Iโve been wanting to draw males more often so this tutorial will be the perfect opportunity ๐ This upcoming week will be dedicated to writing notes, planning, and filming for the video โ๏ธโจ
And speaking of videos, I posted the august studio vlog yesterday and itโs available for all Devoted Dragonfly patrons! ๐ฅโจ In the video I take you guys with me through a few days of my work week, showing you projects Iโm working on, decorating the studio space, and I also filmed a bit of my birthday which happened this month! ๐ฅฐ๐Make sure to check it out if you havenโt yet! ๐ฅณโจ
