Muscle Mage Daily Meditation

I like the idea of a daily mediation that spends 10 minutes on different types of mental activity. This recording didn't win the the poll a few weeks back where I floated some ideas on new age muscle growth recordings I had been working on. Even before I start the polls the ideas I share
there and layout of the recordings are in the back of my head. 

This file was supposed to have three parts: relaxation, meditation for focus, meditation for mindfulness, and meditation for imagination and muscle growth. I wanted to keep it half and hour,  so the mindfulness was cut. I think in the future I might do 6 minutes of relaxation (simple deepener), 6 minutes of imagination (muscle growth/meditation), 6 minutes of focus (suggestions), 6 minutes of mindfulness (Tibetan bowl or something), and 6 minutes of building confidence/trust in yourself. But that might be too much to cram in 30 minutes.

This one, however, uses the muscle mage induction, followed by suggestions for focus, followed by suggestions for muscle growth.
