2019 Format Poll
Added 2018-12-02 21:40:07 +0000 UTCI've been thinking of switching back to the old podcast format of talk, then hypnosis and guided imagery.
Pros
- Builds Rapport which allows for deeper trances
- Better Communication with Fan base
- I can explain my technique
- I get to express myself and my plans
Cons
- Might turn off some fans
- People might want to just dive into the imagery
- Might be too TMI
- Hard to package and resell later
Comments
I cast my vote for "Do whatever you want to do!", sometimes we need a break from the usual to refresh and recharge our batteries, to go back and do it with more vigor than before :)

2018-12-02 23:27:34 +0000 UTCI liked when it was talk because I would start trying to slow my breathing while you talked so by the time you got to the hypnosis part not only did I hear an update, but I usually wound up getting into trance better.
