Globular Goblin Transformation

In fantasy setting goblins, trolls, ogres are all used interchangeably for a humanoid monster. I think goblins tend to be considered to be shorter than forest trolls, so I went with goblins here.
Globular goblins are humanoid creatures about half he height of a human but are round and fat to the point of being almost spherical. They have thick backs, no visible neck, and short stubby legs. The globular goblins tend to be hairy and bearded. They are associated with puffball mushrooms and spread globular goblin spores which can infect other creatures. Incredibly lazy, these creatures prefer to remain near-immobile, passively leeching off the surrounding area magically. They aren't bad, but they appear in areas that are in decay.
