Drawing Recording Test
Added 2025-09-15 17:14:49 +0000 UTCWanted to test out recording my drawings again. I thought I might as well since I do it a lot. Maybe some of you guys would like to see that and how I go about my process. If you haven't drawn before or if you're a beginner, it might seem a little weird because I skip a lot of steps in constructing the drawing. Don't do that 😆! Do your sketches and constructions. Also, the video's sped-up. I don't actually draw that fast (but I wish I DID though).
Unfortunately, I can't embed videos directly to here so I have to upload it Youtube and link it back. Nothing crazy here; just wanted to see how it would look. Also, yeah, there's no audio 😅 but just pretend like there is! Or pull up one of your own.

Not much excluding things rather than skipping steps like using constructions lines, plotting the masses of the forms, typical gesturing, and so on. Also, the program I'm using is Photoshop, not CSP. Though, I'm not doing anything exclusive to Photoshop here other than just drawing in it so what you see is transferrable.

2025-09-15 19:02:32 +0000 UTCA lot of times, yeah. For some reason (though not always), I find that I make worse drawings when sketch out the construction lines. I dunno, they just suck the life out of my drawings. That doesn't mean I don't use them ever. I especially used them a lot when I first started drawing.

2025-09-15 18:57:56 +0000 UTCAfter watching so many tutorial videos on how to handle CSP, I sort of get what is going on here and there, lol. I'm not sure what you excluded from the video, but it sure makes me appreciate the long process of drawing digitally.
