Holy hell I love this podcast so much. I started listening to it for the self help dunks, but now this is just such a refreshing, almost vindicating podcast to listen to. The way you guys deconstruct the essence of centrist / reactionary rhetoric is so satisfying. I couldn’t explain why all of the nonsense punditry after Trump won pissed me off so much, but this episode was so helpful to organizing my own feelings about the election. So glad I decided to get the patreon.

That’s the dumbest read of Leslie Knope’s character I’ve ever heard. She celebrates every holiday and makes some up! Her favorite food is waffles with an absurd amount of whipped cream! Look at who she hired! Look at all the creativity she uses to get around government bullshit! She’s more like Michael Scott than Pesca realizes, except she doesn’t fucking harass and assault her employees, and actually accomplishes things. A sexist take if ever I heard one.
