Reward Packs

For this I'm just feeling out some ideas for the reward pack system. Currently I send them out as and when I finish pieces, which does mean that people in kitchen tier can miss out on previous reward packs
I've been toying with the idea of sending out the reward packs all at once at the end of the month. What do you guys think?
