WELCOME TO APRIL! We are officially in full-blown (bloom?) SPRING! In the Our Life universe, this means that Cove has decided itโs warm enough to surf again (even though the waters of Sunset Bird are definitely still chilly ๐
)

Monthly Content Plans:
In community: The winner of Our Life March Madness will be announced the second week of April. Whatโs your guess for the winning Moment?
In game development plans: GBโs first goal is to wrap up Homecoming and the Scavenger Hunt writing work (plans that were thwarted this month due to the ever-persistent flu!) She will be programming the end of Step 1 as well.
April will also get an announcement about the next free demo update! Weโll share what the update will include and when itโll happen. (It's not going to actually release soon, though. It's just gonna get a launch timeframe. The next demo update will be huge and we need time.)
Lastly, GB will be taking a quick trip with friends and family in early April (April 3rd to 8th). During this week, sheโll be taking a break from development tasks, but will still be around to post and answer questions. Proper development progress will take a brief pause, though.

I'm afraid not! The script is far ahead of the programming/art. It'll be quite a while before the stuff I'm writing now can be added to the game.

2025-04-27 17:09:53 +0000 UTCI think it is, if I'm not wrong this is supposed to be Step 3 Qiu as a mystical creature and it matches with appearance because step 3 Qiu have this haircut. Even if it's not Step 3 Qiu but just how they like to draw Qiu that haircut still does exist but it won't show up until step 3.

It feels like time's flying by since the Prologue for Stage 1 started to roll out while the Stage 4 Wedding and the Derek/Baxter DLCs were being worked on/finished. With the transition to Stage 2 is fast approaching, this moment in OL2's development cycle's a lot like in real life. Soon we'll be at the end of one part of our life, looking at an unforeseeable future ahead of us.
