Shoe Removal Animation Override- v1a
Added 2024-02-18 05:49:17 +0000 UTCTired of sims footwear magically disappearing under a spinning cloud when the Remove Shoes Indoors rule is set for the house? This minor mod replaces that animation with a new one for Child sims and older when the player sets the disallowed rule on the Shoe Rack or Shoe Removal Sign.
Since EA moved the shoe removal feature to the base game in the For Rent patch, this animation is available for base game shoe removal as well.
How do I install this?
Simply download the package file and place it in your mods folder. Make sure that mods are also enabled in your game settings.
How do I use this?
Since it's an animation override, the animation will only play once you've added the Shoe Racks or Signs to your build and set the rule to Remove Shoes Indoors. Sims will automatically use our animation instead of the EA animation.
Conflicts
The shoe animation by Cepzid will conflict since it is also an animation override of the same files.
