News about next WOTD version 0.7.0

Hello Patreons!

I bring you information about the next version 0.7.0 of Winds of the Destiny. Before we start, I remind you that I have uploaded a small schedule/calendar in the previous post, and that you can know a little more by reading it here on Patreon, on the Discord server or my Itchio page.

Now, let's start with the new features, changes and improvements of the next version!

1• The first thing you will see when you start the next version is the new menu. In which I have changed the background again, as you may remember, in the current version 0.6.0 I had changed the background that was there since the first version. Now, I have done it again but in a very different way, since I have introduced 10 animations (one for each girl) that will be shown while the player is in the main menu.

For a strange reason, I have not been able to record a small fragment of how it actually looks, so I'll leave you two screenshots.

In the lower left corner are the buttons that will redirect you to my pages (Patreon, Itchio, Gamejolt, etc). When the player passes the cursor over the buttons, they will become bigger.

On the other hand, when the cursor passes over the middle buttons (Start, Load, Options, etc) they will be filled with color, indicating that the button is being selected.

2• As you may have seen in the screenshots, there is an option called "Multimedia", which I will be working on after completing the published schedule, with all that it entails.

This improvement will also be the most complicated one, since it implies the creation of an image gallery, which will work as a "replay of NSFW scenes".

So, when you enter the "Multimedia" section you will have 2 options to choose "Gallery" and "Fan Arts", and probably two more options locked, that will appear as "???"

Those options will be revealed in the future, but as I said, they will probably be included in this next version so I won't have to rearrange everything later.

3• Now, I will tell you a little bit about the story and gameplay aspects.

I'm going to remake chapter 1! And pay attention because this will include not only a visual improvement in the renders, but there will also be some plot changes in the story. ;)

Next, I will list some examples that I plan to introduce:

+ It will be the player's choice to have sex with Siri or Ceina.

+ The options and moments with Bonnie will change, lengthening their duration.

+ I will include a small prologue at the beginning of the game, but I'm still thinking about whether to make it as a kind of cinematic or something playable with dialogues.

+ Yes, now Rachel will have her cigarette held in the right way.

+ And more content of all the girls in general! Also, I will probably create more interactive scenes.

4• With respect to the continuation of the story:

Those who have chosen the option of the cafeteria have met Erika, and she will have recommended that tomorrow (Sunday) we could exercise and ask Asagi for advices and tips, in case we need it.

Also, if we have decided to go to exercise, we will meet Asagi who is also exercising, and she will offer us her help and company so that tomorrow we can make another effort and realize more exercise.

For those of you who have decided to go to the park, don't worry, you will also have the opportunity to spend time with Asagi.

If we manage to refuse this exercise session with her, then we will have the possibility to exercise alone or have a long talk with Ceina.

Maybe I will change this a little bit when I am in the process of creation, but anyway, I doubt I will "extend" the story in the next version, since all the above mentioned is already a lot of work.

Those would be all the changes I have planned so far regarding the next version!

I will be informing you of any setbacks I may have.

On June 8th I am going to change and create new tiers here on Patreon. It's something very important for me and I hope to be able to give enough for the new benefits that I will include, and keep working on the existing ones. At the moment, I have made some visual improvements to the page (to the image on the cover, I have changed it about 20 times approx).

I wouldn't be here now explaining changes of a future version, if it wasn't for you. I hope to get more people to join us, to continue shaping this project. ❤

Otherwise, as you know, I will have to give up this dream of creating videogames, I hope that doesn't happen!

¡Hola Patreons!

Les traigo información sobre la siguiente versión 0.7.0 de WOTD. Antes de comenzar, les recuerdo que he subido un pequeño cronograma en el post anterior, y que pueden saber un poco más aquí en Patreon, en el servidor de Discord, o en mi pagina de Itchio.

Ahora, comencemos con las novedades, cambios y mejoras de la siguiente versión!

1• Lo primero que verán al iniciar la siguiente versión es el nuevo menú. En el cual he vuelto a cambiar el fondo, como recordarán, en la actual versión 0.6.0 había cambiado el fondo que estuvo desde la primera versión. Ahora, lo he vuelto a hacer pero de manera muy diferente, ya que he introducido 10 animaciones (una para cada chica) que estarán mostrándose mientras el jugador esté en el menú principal.

Por una extraña razón, no he podido grabar un pequeño fragmento de como se ve actualmente, así que les dejaré aquí dos screenshots.

En la esquina inferior izquierda aparecen los botones que los redirigirán a mis paginas (Patreon, Itchio, Gamejolt, etc). Cuando el jugador pase el cursor sobre los botones, estos se volveran mas grandes.

En cambio, cuando el cursor pase sobre los botones del medio (Comenzar, Cargar, Opciones, etc) los mismos se rellenaran con color, indicando que se está seleccionando dicho botón.

2• Como habrán visto en las capturas, hay una opción llamada "Multimedia", en la cual estaré trabajando luego de haber completado el cronograma publicado, con todo lo que ello conlleva.

Esta mejora será también la más complicada, ya que implica la creación de una galeria de imagenes, que funcionará como una "repetición de escenas NSFW".

Entonces, cuando entren a la sección de "Multimedia" tendrán 2 opciones para elegir "Galería" y "Fan Arts", probablemente también incluya otras dos opciones bloqueadas que aparecerán como "???".

Esas opciones las revelaré en un futuro, pero como he dicho, probablemente vengan incluidas en esta siguiente versión ya que así no tendré que reacomodar todo luego.

3• Ahora, les hablaré un poco sobre los aspectos de la historia y gameplay.

¡Voy a hacer un remake del capitulo 1! Y atención porque esto abarcará no solo una mejora visual en los renders, si no que también habrá cambios argumentales dentro de la historia. ;)

A continuación, les enumeraré unos ejemplos que planeo introducir:

+ Será decisión del jugador tener relaciones sexuales con Siri o Ceina

+ Las opciones y momentos con Bonnie cambiarán, alargando su duración.

+ Incluiré un pequeño prologo al inicio del juego, pero aun estoy pensando en si hacerlo como una especie de cinemática o que sea algo jugable con diálogos.

+ Si, ahora Rachel sostendrá de manera correcta su cigarrillo.

+ ¡Más contenido de todas las chicas en general! También es probable que cree más escenas interactivas.

4• Con respecto a la continuación de la historia:

Los que han escogido la opción de la cafetería se han encontrado con Erika, y les habrá recomendado que mañana (domingo) podríamos hacer ejercicio y pedirle consejos o tips a Asagi, en caso de que lo necesitemos.

También, si hemos decidido ir a hacer ejercicio, nos encontraremos con Asagi que también se está ejercitando, y ella nos ofrecerá su ayuda y compañía para que mañana hagamos otro esfuerzo y hagamos ejercicio.

Para aquellos que han decidido ir al parque, no se preocupen, también tendrán la oportunidad de pasar tiempo con Asagi.

Si se logra rechazar está sesión de ejercicio con ella, entonces tendremos la posibilidad de ejercitar a solas o tener una larga charla con Ceina.

Tal vez cambie un poco esto cuando esté en proceso de creación, pero de cualquier forma, dudo "extender" mucho la historia en la siguiente versión, ya que todo lo anterior mencionado ya de por si ya es muchísimo trabajo.
