[WOTD] Jill redesign - Part 2: Presentation

This is part two of Jill’s redesign process, where I’ll show you the new design and talk a bit about the plans I have for her in the remake.

As I explained in part one, Jill has a slightly more complex personality and background compared to the other girls, and I haven’t yet fully delved into or developed many aspects related to her.

At first glance, or in her day-to-day life, we could say that Jill is a kind, polite, and responsible woman. At times, she can be a bit too proper, overprotective, or even jealous, depending on the situation.

Regarding her original design, I aimed to reflect that kindness and simplicity, but also maturity and elegance. And as you may have noticed throughout the game’s versions, Jill practices yoga along with Asagi and Erika. It’s also worth mentioning that she takes care of her diet (as well as Bonnie’s), influenced by her responsible personality, but also by Asagi and Erika’s influence.

Now, it’s time to introduce you to the new Jill!

Jill Redesign

Here is a comparison between the new design and the old one.

Jill now has a more “voluminous” hairstyle, and the colors have changed slightly to make her look prettier and more aligned with her favorite colors. Something similar has been done with her eye color.

Throughout her route, we observe that Jill really enjoys wine, but there’s a small “contradiction”: she has a very low tolerance for alcohol and gets drunk after one or two glasses. I mention this because there’s a connection between her taste for wine and her favorite color, purple.

I believe I’ve succeeded in making Jill look more attractive without losing that young adult appearance that defines her.

Her beauty mark next to her left eye is still there, of course. Though I’ve added two more beauty marks on her body—can you find them?

Just like Yuri, Jill’s nails are now a bit longer compared to the original designs. This helps give the girls a more feminine and attractive touch.
I might do the same with Ceina, Erika, Rachel, and Siri, while Alune, Asagi, and Bonnie will keep their nails short. I haven’t decided yet with Satanichia; perhaps her nails will be long as well, or even longer, resembling demonic claws.

Ah, in all the images you will see that the new Jill is not wearing glasses. But that is because I have not designed them yet, she will still wear glasses.

Jill’s height hasn’t changed much—she’s still the tallest girl, along with Erika, although both are still shorter than Clyde.
You might remember a scene where Jill tells Clyde that, when they were teenagers, she was taller than him.
As a fun fact, Jill is about six years older than Clyde, and currently, he’s six centimeters taller than her.

Jill is a voluptuous and relatively tall woman, but as I mentioned before, she takes great care of her figure. Let’s also remember that she works as a teacher, so she spends a lot of time standing, both in class and interacting with her students or colleagues.

Physically, Jill will remain, along with Erika, one of the girls with the largest breasts among the main characters. If you’ve played the latest version and unlocked the special event in her route, you’ll know she has very sensitive breasts. There’s a reason for this that I haven’t explicitly explained yet, though I’ve left clues.

In terms of her personality, I won’t be changing much about Jill, but there will be more scenes where she gets jealous or upset with Clyde. The fact that Clyde no longer has his aura of affection will allow me to include moments where the girls get “annoyed” with him, but always in a funny or cute way, resolving quickly.

It goes without saying that Jill’s jealousy isn’t because she’s insecure or distrustful of Clyde, but because she’s possessive and overprotective. And, of course, she loves Clyde. Throughout her personal route, the feelings of guilt Jill has for loving Clyde will be explored, as well as other important problems and difficulties they’ll have to face together.

¡Hola a todos!

Esta es la segunda parte del proceso del rediseño de Jill, donde les mostraré el nuevo diseño y hablaré un poco sobre los planes que tengo para ella en el remake.

Como expliqué en la primera parte, Jill tiene una personalidad y un trasfondo un poco más complejos en comparación con las demás chicas, y eso que aún no he llegado a contar o desarrollar muchas cosas relacionadas con ella.

A simple vista, o en su vida cotidiana, podríamos decir que Jill es una mujer amable, educada y responsable. A veces puede ser demasiado correcta, sobreprotectora o incluso celosa, dependiendo de la situación.

En cuanto a su diseño original, busqué reflejar esa amabilidad y sencillez, pero también madurez y elegancia. Y, como habrán notado a lo largo de las versiones del juego, Jill practica yoga junto a Asagi y Erika. También cabe destacar que cuida su alimentación (y la de Bonnie), influenciada por su personalidad responsable, pero también por la influencia de Asagi y Erika.

Ahora, ¡es momento de presentarles a la nueva Jill!

Rediseño de Jill

Aquí hay una comparación entre el nuevo diseño y el antiguo.

Jill ahora tiene un peinado más "frondoso", y los colores han cambiado ligeramente para que se vea más bonita y fiel a sus colores favoritos. Algo similar ha sucedido con su color de ojos.

A lo largo de su ruta, observamos que a Jill le gusta mucho el vino, pero hay una pequeña "contradicción": tiene muy baja tolerancia al alcohol y se emborracha con una o dos copas. Menciono esto porque hay una relación entre su gusto por el vino y su color favorito, el púrpura.

Creo que he logrado que Jill se vea más atractiva sin perder esa apariencia de joven adulta que la caracteriza.

Su peca junto al ojo izquierdo sigue allí, por supuesto. Aunque agregué otras dos pecas en su cuerpo, ¿puedes encontrarlas?

Al igual que con Yuri, las uñas de Jill ahora son un poco más largas en comparación con los diseños originales. Esto me ayuda a darle a las chicas un toque más femenino y atractivo.
Es posible que haga lo mismo con Ceina, Erika, Rachel y Siri, mientras que Alune, Asagi y Bonnie mantendrán sus uñas cortas. Con Satanichia aún no lo decido; tal vez sus uñas también sean largas, o incluso más, simulando garras demoníacas.

Ah, en todas las imagenes veeran que la nueva Jill no lleva gafas. Pero eso es porque aun no las he diseñado, ella seguirá utilizando gafas.

La estatura de Jill no ha cambiado mucho, sigue siendo la chica más alta junto con Erika, aunque ambas siguen siendo más bajas que Clyde.
Tal vez recuerden una escena donde Jill le dice a Clyde que, cuando eran adolescentes, ella era más alta que él.
Como dato curioso, Jill es aproximadamente 6 años mayor que Clyde, y actualmente él es 6 centímetros más alto que ella.

Jill es una mujer voluptuosa y relativamente alta, pero, como mencioné antes, cuida muy bien su figura. Recordemos también que trabaja como profesora, así que pasa bastante tiempo de pie, tanto en clase como interactuando con sus alumnas o compañeras de trabajo.

En lo que respecta a su físico, Jill seguirá, junto a Erika, siendo una de las chicas con los senos más grandes entre las principales. Si han jugado la última versión y desbloqueado el evento especial de su ruta, sabrán que tiene unos senos muy sensibles. Esto tiene una razón que aún no he explicado explícitamente, aunque he dejado pistas.

En cuanto a su personalidad, no cambiaré mucho a Jill, pero habrá más escenas en las que se muestre celosa o enojada con Clyde. El hecho de que Clyde deje de tener su aura de afectividad me permitirá incluir momentos en los que las chicas se "molesten" con él, pero siempre de una manera graciosa o tierna, resolviéndose rápidamente.

No hace falta explicar que los celos de Jill no son porque sea insegura o desconfíe de Clyde, sino porque es posesiva y sobreprotectora. Y, obviamente, le gusta Clyde. A lo largo de su ruta personal, se explorarán los sentimientos de culpa que Jill siente por amar a Clyde, así como otros problemas y dificultades importantes que tendrán que atravesar juntos.
