Later tonight I'll be posting a Paid Creation. If you want to skip this one, you should remove your pledge now.. Then you can make a new pledge after the 1st to avoid getting charged. But I do very much appreciate your support if you can swing it.
I have some other interesting things to show later on.. It has to do with cage models and deformations.. I discovered this while making Nadia. I'm kicking myself because I've had this tool for years and never saw this powerful option before. It makes deformations more.. Um... gooey / organic. I won't say the difference will be night and day because the previous animations were quite nice.. But it should yeild a different feel.. How much different remains to be seen. I think it may speed things up a bit because I will need fewer polygons in the cage models.. Anyway... I'm rambling. I'll have a test hair sim for you tomorrow. More to come!
P.S. Nadia's rendering has passed frame 1057.. So it's roughly 1/10th complete for this foreground pass. But the speeds change from scene to scene.
