Oh, really?? I have been wondering if they just skipped it entirely.

Does anyone else know why the grifty episode is available only for MP after dark subscribers and hasn’t been posted to the Patreon??

Not sure whether people will see this - but I have a spare ticket to Aubrey’s movie in Brighton the Dukes at Komedia, Saturday 13 January at 1pm. None of my friends can make it - I thought someone here might like it. We can hang out, or not, just as you wish. I guess reply here or try to send a message…? Not sure how that works here.

It's probably not the worst but would be great if you could at some point mention Pink Himalayan salt (and other imported sea salts). They are pricey, in so many food and spa products. I mean, it's just salt right? And shouldn't it be, like, left in the Himalayas so we don't f* up the environment even more?

^^^^^^^ This x10000. It's got shades of Death Becomes Her, Brazil, and The Matrix somehow. I'm also 46 and if I ran into someone from my graduating class they looked this, I'd think I'd actually stumbled into a place called Uncanny Valley.

WORST wellness take from a celebrity is tech mogul Bryan Johnson who has spent millions of dollars to try and “age in reverse.” He’s 46 years old and is trying to achieve the body of an 18 year old. This has included getting a transfusion of his son’s blood, crazy dieting, some interesting plastic surgery he dubbed “project baby face,” and more. Apparently he spends $2 million a year on anti-aging but he really took off this year in the public eye. Rich people do weird things.

You should include Dr Michael Moseley from the UK in the grifties. Intermittent fasting was pushed by him. Now he has a radio series 'just one thing ' the idea if you do the thing he suggests your life will improve. But there are LOADS of things and he really oversimplifies everything. His 'wisdom' could be dangerous mentally or physically in the wrong hands.

The wildest thing I've seen this year is Coherent Water. My sister got one of these things in her Christmas gift from work (wILD in itself) but it's ridiculous. It's called the Analemma, (tagline, the architect of life, https://analemma-water.com/) where you buy a crystal 'wand' for 150euros that will make your water coherent??? It works like holy water but you just stir the wand in your water before you drink it. But you dont pour it in, just sit the vial in it and the water will become coherent. It's- it's truly something.
