Harley Quinn is chained up in the Arkham Asylum. Turns out they have their own humiliation facility for "rehabilitating" villains!
They rip up her skintight suit and give her a permanent wedgie tied to the walls. Then gets a taste of her own medicine as cream pie filling is poured on top of her head! At least I hope they used normal "cream pie" filling...
