Jokes aside, Kara is certified with the M-16 and M-9 from her time in the Air Force. Her job provides an M-4 for certain situations, always provides an M-9 pistol, and she owns a personal M-9 and has a concealed carry permit. The guns are usually for show, but she has shot people for work before. Her personal piece is really only there for her personal fantasy of playing "superhero" and stopping an active shooter while grocery shopping or something.

Kara's emotionally unhinged from her steroid abuse, but the discipline she has from the military and her bodybuilding means that she never reaches for her gun when she doesn't need it, and she has proper de-escalation training drilled into her that is basically muscle memory for her at this point. She barks orders to disarm at the top of her lungs automatically if she readies her weapon, and has even accidentally yelled at the firing range. She gets embarrassed when she starts yelling at paper targets, but those few words that come out before she catches herself also reassure her that she won't mess up. If she's introducing someone's insides to sunshine, it's their fault. With her blown-out, gravelly voice, when she yells, you can get the meaning even if you don't speak English.

So the answer to the question "Can I take her in a fight?" is...no. Unless you're one of those weirdos that thinks they can fistfight a chimp. In which case, keep on believing in yourself! At 5'8", she's the height of an average man, and at 320 pounds, she's way, waaaaay stronger than just about everyone. She's got enough reach, more than enough power, and enough training to beat down just about anyone. Or she can just shoot you. Actually, you'd probably have a better chance against that chimp if I really think about it...

And because someone told me Kara looks slow...no, you can't outrun her unless you can outrun an NFL lineman. Big doesn't mean slow. She can't chase someone at top speed for long, but she caps out around 16 miles per hour. Her vertical leap is 36 inches too, so...don't jump a fence to get away from her. If she was an actual cop, you'd need to find a narrow space to slip through to get away. Kara's a top-level all-around athlete like Carmen, but not as extreme as Carmen. Kara's definitely still way past her natural performance limits, but she isn't outrunning Olympic sprinters.

Also, I am never drawing her with a rifle again. xD Pistols only. Rifles are too complicated. And I thought she was actually bordering on being too big to properly use one of these, and had to look up if there were any bodybuilders that could aim a gun. Rich Piana says Kara can still use guns.
