After making this comment, I actually went and read the story you designed the house for, so I appreciate the descriptions of her creativity in the bedroom with such an incredible body. And, regarding the neck: having those front muscles as inflated as the classic traps swelling to encompass the head is one of those "things" I really like. Having the sternocleidomastoid muscles swollen and surrounding the jaw is *chef's kiss*.

When weight isn't an issue, shoving the equivalent of a soda can made of solid steel in the base of a shoe isn't too crazy design or labor-wise. Now...her shoes might actually be really heavy and completely unusable to everyone else, but I doubt she cares.

And for the other question...she lays on her back, lifts her legs until her quads are mashed up against her pecs, spreads them sideways until her lats and arms stop them, then she holds her thighs with her hands and lets her calves press on her partner's shoulders while they kneel and do their thing. She's too thick for the other person to be in a normal position; they have be kneeling/standing on the edge of the bed or else they won't be high up enough. Though usually she prefers to play around. Wedge herself into doorways and let the guy rail her hammies, give a "handjob" with her bicep and forearm...maybe just stuff her forearm into his pants for shits and giggles and smother him with her tricep while her giant fingers go to town. She's a particularly big fan of having guys sit on her traps facing forward (her forward) while she stands, grind against the cleavage, and then blow onto her head and pecs from above. I'm so glad we have an environment and another character to contextualize Lilly's overwhelming mass. The 3/4s view also gives us a simultaneous appreciation for her depth and width. I'm also noticing so many great details about her body here: her fingers are continuing to become thicker; her sternocleidomastoid muscles are starting to swallow her jaw; and her heels are not only fashion accessories, but they seem to create a necessary elevation for how her ultra-wide calves are swollen closer to the ground because of how her legs are angled... I could go on. I also want to say that I think you did a great job drawing/designing Alyssa! It's so nice to have a calibrating perspective for our big girl. And I have to say that I am seriously concerned with anyone who gets in bed with a woman who's sheer weight would be enough to kill someone if she rolled onto them (I am genuinely curious how her size, limited mobility, and... accessibility to certain body regions get accommodated for when having sex).

She's not so nuts that she isn't nervous about what she's doing to herself, but she wants it so badly that the anxiety gets drowned out. And yes, other people around her are concerned, but at the same time, the people that have known her just accept that this is who she is. 500 pounds wasn't healthy, 1000 wasn't healthy, and 3750 isn't healthy, but she seems to be functioning and happy, so it's just "Lilly being Lilly" in the same concerning way that she applies to her sex life. Excess is the name of the game, and people just come to expect it.
