Realistic World Update | What's to Come!

Hey everyone!
Once again, Thank you so much for pledging!
I want to give you guys a quick update on the progress of my realistic world, and what will be coming next month since these are the builds I'm focusing on at the moment.
Resort Build
This is a huge build, but I am excited to see the end result. It's going to be a fully functioning resort with a buffet, hotel bar, gift shop, gym, conference room, outdoor theatre, spa, arcade, and so much more.
Realistic Restaurants
I love having my sims eat out at these restaurants for happy hour or date night, so I want to build as many of these as I can. Let me know if there are any other restaurants you would like to see me build.
Bronx/Philly World
Since I'm nearly finished with my ATL world, I'm slowly building up my Philly world. It probably looks like a cluttered mess, but the result is going to be dope AF. This is going to be one of the main worlds I play in for another LP coming to the channel. So hopefully, I'll have most of it done by April. I also would love to stream an LP in this world on twitch, so we can look forward to that.
New LP
With the premiere of Undergrad!, I'm looking forward to giving you guys some new LPs. The next realistic LP I put out will be a rags to riches, but with multiple sims living in different households, and they are all interconnected in some way. It's going to be so FUCKING GOOD and I can't wait for yall to see it! I'm thinking of titling it "Hustle" or "Love&Hustle" we'll see!
Undergrad!
I'm working on the new episode of Undergrad!, which will be out this week! I will also be releasing the mods I created for that LP.
