1 More Golden Ticket Slot Opening in May

I believe 3 sketches per month is about my upper limit, so on May 1st, I'm going to increase the amount of Golden Ticket slots from 2 to 3, and it will stay there until either I feel more capable, OR I potentially need less per month.
(But, I'm more likely to de-prioritize my public comms in the event of something like that so it's very unlikely)
Basically, I'll be maxing my slots out at 3, and I will be opening the new slot on May 1st to prevent double-charging!
