Content Queue

Hello everyone,

I know there was a bit of a content dip last week and I apologize. I hope the recent 2 uploads have made up for it.

I have available footage for the following videos:
Dead Rising 2: Case West Platinum
Demon's Souls Shield Only (PS3)
Demon's Souls Platinum (PS3)
Dark Souls Magic Only
Dark Souls Platinum Hits

I intend to work through these from shortest to longest to help develop a schedule of videos. Unfortunately my OBS settings have been low quality and a few of the videos are going to suffer graphically. I'll improve my recording settings before I record anything else.

I am considering improving the graphics, and adding more usable graphics. I'll likely also normalize the title cards and end screens. The idea of having unique title and end cards was good, but for management purposes 1 catch-all is probably better.

I also have FF5 and FFT challenge runs. I want to make a graphical set for these so I will hold them in reserve for now. FF5 Knight Only is currently being live streamed at no current schedule.

As an ongoing project completing all the FF5 Job challenges will be a long task. Theres ~21 jobs so it will take a long time to finish them all out.

Currently I don't really know how to structure the FFT challenge so its a low priority. Theres just a lot to FFT and I'm not sure how to go about making the video good.

I also have a few legacy videos in reserve that I can pull from the RP Days, but I would prefer to pull these out only if theres ever a content drought.

I hope to get a Halloween Special out and I'm considering a few options but I have to capture footage for it. It shouldn't be too taxing however.

Thats the current update on how things are going at Backlog Buster. I do hope to work through the backlog of footage to eventually make some "normal" Backlog Buster episodes. I'm still trying to workshop how to structure them and other misc stuff to consider. Management stuff like Continuity between episodes, if I want to work through a series linearly (IE:  Cover Chrono Trigger, then Radical Dreamers before covering Chrono Cross)  or just do it in whatever order I feel like, and whether or not to break Backlog Buster episodes into multiple parts.

This is mostly on my mind because I want to cover Chrono Cross soon. 

If you have any feedback or suggestions you can let me know here, on discord, or via youtube comments. 

Speaking of discord: Would you guys prefer it be open to everyone? or would you prefer it to be patreon only? I have no issue locking it down if thats the preference.
