Weekly report #5

Halloween is close...hope you are all ready for some spooks!

But let me enlighten you first with the newest weekly report.

So what can you expect with v0.4?

Android Version:

Yes, you read right! Because of YOUR awesome support, it was possible for me to invest into a android test device (a low budget one but never the less better than nothing, honestly grateful for everything!!). Thank YOU so much, from the bottom of my heart.

There will be some differences compared to the PC Version - first of all: The mobile version will run in Simple Mode only - which means all dates won't have any minigames. Second major change: The chess minigame won't be accessible. But why? Both games aren't designed for touch input and are in need for a mobile overhaul. Which means blackjack will be the only accessible minigame in the casino.

There are some minor changes, which were necessary due to screen capability (on screen clickables were to small and so on).

The only performance issue I ran into were mostly caused by animations (memory)...since I am using a low budget device...I would be thankful if someone with a stronger/better android device could give me feedback for the performance (after patreon release - just message me on discord or write in feedback channel).

Halloween Event:

Soo...since lewd content won the poll + seasonal event were public voted...I thought - why not combine both and get some fresh wind into "Symphonic Love"! There will be a seasonal event questline which will lead to spooky lewd content...*wink*

These seasonal event questlines will only be available during specific periods of time.

Lewds:

Currently a new option in the love club is added! With the upcoming seasonal event, new lewds scenes will be implemented. So watch out, lewd ghosts could be everywhere...even right next to you... 

QOL:

Some bugfixes and dialog overhauls to make the game more entertaining.

In the future, new builds (pc + mobile) will be uploaded compressed! This reduces the upload time for me and download time for you - so a win/win situation for everyone of us.

After running some tests with the batch script, I could reduce the current 1,5GB down to 400MB without much quality loss. Less time + space used...for the same amount of fun, sounds like a deal huh? 

Planned:

 - Implementing the seasonal event questline before release - this is a MUST DO since Halloween is up the corner. 

- Next on the list is a Rukia Date (poll winner)

- Last but not least the main story continuation, which probably won't be fully finished since the current community update focuses on implementing lewd content.
