With the Zodiac Series coming to an end I'm sure lot's of you are excited for the giveaway, so this post is the one-stop-shop with all the information you need to know to have a chance at getting 1 of the 12 dolls.

⌛ The TIMELINE ⌛

Monday 25th
Final forms will be sent out.

All forms will be closed. I will start preparing data for the draw

Alex and I both leave the country in April and end of March will be Easter Holidays so shipping of the dolls will take place last week of April (when Alex is back to handle it)

🎫 The ENTRIES 🎫

Taking into consideration the discussion we had almost a year ago on how we should draw the dolls, we will have a following entry system in place:

➡️ if you've been in an eligible tier for 10-13 months (i.e. joined as a Cousin or Lost Sister in March, April, May or June of 2023 and stayed in this tier) you will have 4 entries;

➡️ if you've been in an eligible tier for 7-9 months (i.e. joined as a Cousin or Lost Sister in July, August or September of 2023 and stayed in this tier) you will have 3 entries;

➡️ if you've been in an eligible tier for 4-6 months (i.e. joined as a Cousin or Lost Sister in October, November or December of 2023 and stayed in this tier) you will have 2 entries;

➡️ if you've been in an eligible tier for 1-3 months (i.e. joined as a Cousin or Lost Sister in January, February or March 2024 and stayed in this tier) you will have 1 entry.

This is both to give our oldest supporters a bigger chance, while not creating a large disparity for new subscribers (like doing 1 entry/month subscribed would). A reminder: eligible tiers are Cousin and Lost Sister.

Each of the entry group will receive a separate form, reflecting the number of available entries. You can choose to distribute your entries however you please (e.g. all for one sign to increase your chance of getting a specific doll or across multiple designs). If you do not wish to choose for yourself there will be an option for me to decide ;) but you MUST fill the form to be eligible for the draw.

All of your entries are of equal value and 1 person can only win one doll. So if you win your non-preferred one before we draw the sign that you would have preferred, you will not be eligible for the second draw.

To mitigate the predictability here, Alex and I will be drawing the signs at random, i.e. not in the monthly order. There will be 12 separate draws, 1 for each doll. Since this method will generate quite a lot entries, we will be doing the draws through an online randomizer.
