Let's create something together! Monster Me Collab 2024

We want to invite you to our first Patreon collab! We want to pay tribute to our Monster High customizing roots by creating Enchanterium Class 2024 in this Monster Me Collab.

You can participate by joining our Patreon as a Friend, BFF, Cousin or the Lost Sister.

Create your persona in the Monster High universe! Choose the Monster that you always wanted to be or suits your traits best and show it to the world on our channel.

1. Choose the format of your entry (doll or drawing).
2. Design and create a Monster High character based on your personality, your appearance or dream version of yourself.
3. You can share your progress or ask for help on a collab chat “Monster Me Collab”.
4. Share your entry with us till 30th of September 2024.
5. Add a social media of your choice if you do this kind of art more often, so people can find your work.
6. Our entry will go on YouTube with the showcase of your dolls and drawings on the 5th or 6th of October 2024.
7. If you want, you can share your shipping info with us, and we will send you a participation badge (keychain).

Rules for custom dolls:

• You can use any doll brand and type you like as long as the whole design has a Monster High vibe and aesthetic. Including figurines, plushies, 3d printed dolls, and hand-made dolls.

• You have to change at least ¾ of the doll's features. For example, if you're not comfortable with painting on a clean base, you can paint over the factory paint. Or if you're not good with sewing you can use some bought clothes. Or if you're not ready for rerooting, you can just style the original hair. Same with shoes and accessories.

• Just make sure the rest of the design is made or customized by you.

• If you're using any 3d prints or textures or anything from the internet, make sure it has a free to use license.
  

  Rules for drawings:
  

• No AI

• You can use any media: digital, traditional, mixed, whatever you feel the most comfortable with.

• You can use free Monster High drawing bases with a credit to the artist placed on the drawing.

• If you need some inspiration for monster characters, you can use designing games and apps, but only for inspiration. The drawing has to be done by you.

Some other notes:

You can name your character using your real name, or a nickname or get creative and give them a unique MH-like name.

You can design a Skullette for your character but it's not necessary. Same with pets, backgrounds and bigger accessories.

Your character can have a casual school style or mimic the style of one of many thematic Monster High collections.

Depending on the quantity of entries we will or not read your characters name and your name/nickname in the showcase part of the video on YouTube. We will see how many of you decide to join 😁

It's not a contest, just a fun creative exercise and a chance to be featured on our channel! We hope you'll have a lot of fun when designing your fashionable Monster!
