Here's an LA based Photography studio called Catch Studio connected to a Coffee Shop Bistro called The Coffee Company. This lot is set as Generic but can be used as a CafΓ©. I test played this lot and it works on my end. Make sure to tag my socials below if you use the build in any way. Happy Simming!

Lot Size - 20 x 20 (I placed this in Windenburg but works better in Del Sol Valley)
