A functional Motel for your sims to stay for vacation, trips, etc. with friends, family or a lover's getaway. This lot can be set as Generic or by using the Hotel mod.

Includes 18 motel rooms with attached bathroom and reception lobby with complimentary breakfast station. Pool in the middle for guests. Make sure to tag my socials below if you use the build in any way. Enjoy!

+make sure to download the .zip file (cc and tray files combined) and the individual .package files for the lot to show up in your library. step-by-step instructions linked below.

+make sure to delete the blankets off the beds in build mode. I realized the sims cannot use the bed with it on.
