How you make the clear part?

2018-03-03 16:44:55 +0000 UTCHello, Love the model and I've already started printing it but there is a strange bit on the rim of part 2 that isn't there on part 1. I don't mind fixing it post print but is it something that's easy to change in the 3D file at all?
