GGP Schedule and Network Update
Added 2024-07-23 18:07:20 +0000 UTCHello! Jackson here. Em is still sick and recovering in hospital after major surgery. Thank you so much to everyone for the well wishes so far, and everyone being so understanding during this disruption. But I'm back and (mostly) recovered from my own much more mild sickness so have an update about the fill in podcast plans while they're recovering.
GGP will be on pause and Goku will return when Em is back to full stregnth, so to tide us over I will be joined by Autumn and Rick of Coffee and Comic Books to read Full Metal Alchemist, over the course of four weeks. Volumes 1-6 will be covered next week, so please look forward to that!
The only other formal update is that this month's Abnormal Mapping will not be The Forgotten City as advertised, we'll do that when Em returns, but I'll be playing Citizen Sleeper with Crystal, which should be a great discussion.
Aside from that, you can catch me streaming regularly at twitch.tv/headfallsoff, which was mostly for fun but i guess is now a Major Content Pillar (lmao) during this weird month. I'll let everyone know if I spin up any other small fill-in shows, and I intend to keep the patreon slots all filled, figure out options for Block Busters and Voip Life etc, but I don't have anything concrete yet.
With that all said the only thing left is send Em your wishes and charge your spirit bombs for a good recovery! I'll be here filling in as much as I can and making sure the ship doesn't fall apart so that things are in good order whenever they're back to full strength. Thank you for your support as always, and I hope to keep things running as smoothly as possible through this disruption.
