Weekly Update - July 30, 2017
Added 2017-07-30 17:25:26 +0000 UTCHey friends! It's time for the weekly update, where I fill everyone in on what's happening over in the land of Abnormal Mapping. It's been a busy week, so here we go:
- There's a new Abnormal Mapping out, we talk about the 2001 Kamiya Cool Dude Simiulator: Devil May Cry, and the finer points of filling dark souls with light.
- In The Amory Score, Molly and I reach the second album and comic, In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3. The podcast is switching to a bi-weekly schedule from now on, in order for the currently releasing Good Apollo comic to get ahead of us. See, we're just like One Piece.
- There's a shorter and more raucous Second Officer Slog where we take you on a journey through an absolutely terrible Star Trek comic. Please enjoy the ride.
- For the Patreon Letter this week, I talk a little about my thoughts on the upcoming Star Trek Discovery, because it's been a Star Trek heavy time and that shows no signs of slowing down.
- M's Life is Strange let's play continues on, everything they say to me about that game and that playthrough makes it sound like there are extremely exciting things coming up so: there's never been a better time.
And that's it! BUSY WEEK. Next week is a little lighter on the side of #content but we've got a fair bit upcoming:
- Next Sunday we are returning to DS9 Relaunch for Second Officer Slog. If you have Star Trek questions, please send them in to podcast@abnormalmapping.com
- Due to Real Life Complications we've had to push Goof Zone's recording back to next saturday, so there's still time to send in Mental Health questions!
Thanks to everyone for supporting, you're all the best, and as ever if anyone has any feedback or ideas or anything they want to send our way then please let us know! We're fairly open about how we run AM and it's the only way we can know what you like and what you don't.
See you all next week,
Jackson
