Weekly Update - September 3rd, 2017
Added 2017-09-03 14:23:25 +0000 UTCHello everyone! M here, to offer you the laundry list of everything we did this week. We're back in the swing of making podcasts after a few quiet weeks, so this one was a real doozy.
- Abnormal Mapping slid into the last day of the month with an episode on Max Payne, the game and the movie. The movie part is probably the highlight for you, but I promise the game was the highlight for us, because oof that movie sucks.
- The Amory Score returns with more lore nonsense. I really love Mayo, he's got all the things that make middle-trilogy Darth Vader interesting (a badass who mostly suffers being stuck in middle management), but he didn't kill a room full of children and instead convinced an idiot to do it for him. And Coheed's the hero? Psh. PSH.
- We launched The Great Gundam Project, our new Patreon exclusive Gundam watching show. The first episode (and the first episode of every series) was free, but if you're seeing this you can access that and every episode going forward. GUNDAM!
- My Life is Strange let's play continues in its final hour. Next week will be the end!
- The Patreon letter yesterday was my short explanation on watching Twin Peaks in a world where Twin Peaks will be over again after tonight. You should still watch it. It's good!
So that's everything. Next week's array of goodies?
- Gundam. Always Gundam. Get used to it.
- Life is Strange ends, as said above. I make a choice that I guess is unpopular among my friend group?
- Meta Mapping on Friday, as we revisit one of our earliest episodes and joke about games.
And with that, we're all done for another week. Thank you so much for your support, everyone, and be sure to tell your friends to check out our shows. There are so many and they are all cool. We begin our long march to getting a movie podcast off the ground when we hit our stretch goal, now. It'll be great.
