It's probably on one of the shady anime streaming sites, but if you're going that route you're probably safer just torrenting it. I'm watching on the official blu-ray release, which are readily in print if you want to go that route. Unfortunately, Gundam's just difficult like this

Friday the 13th of August, 2021, that final Eva movie came out on Amazon Prime, by proxy watchable through you-know-how means. Oh, the similar bullshit to Big O's finale Anno pulled had me laugh all the way through the third act.
