Sorry to hear about the bonded retainer, those aren't fun... Surprising to see your job also does digital printing, we're heavy metal all the way, but a few years back picked up a KBA UV press, rather than heat or air drying, this thing instantly dries ink by exposing them to UV. Not good for your teeth, but great for getting instantly dry print off a traditional Lithograph press. But we have days like that here, just hours and hours trying to fix just this one thing that goes wrong, problem solving, meticulous steps and going over and over and over the same ground testing and re-testing... it sucks. That said... let it out, let it all out there. No judgement here ^^
