Added 2017-12-01 20:59:58 +0000 UTCDespite doing my best to hide in my room with an air purifier for the last 2 days, my roommate still managed to give me the flu by walking around the house hacking all over everything and then reassuring me that no one else will get sick. He's the type that thinks you "will" illness on yourself and excludes the fact that if you go to a doctor and test positive for flu, then maybe you should stay in your goddamn room with the door shut and actually TAKE the Tamiflu prescription they gave you. In other news. I was eyeing some commercial space for rent. 800 sq feet in a good location, only 250 a month. Thinking about leasing it and making an official listening point HQ. What do you guys think? Really sorry for the lack of anything guys. I can't tell you the last time I been this sick...I gotta get outta this house.

It ended up being too good to be true anyway. It was listed as nearly 800 sq feet but it was really only 72 sq feet of a shared 800. That's no good for recording.

2017-12-07 03:46:50 +0000 UTCWell, if you're looking at commercial space, don't grab it unless you have the savings to hit that lease for several months. Otherwise you'll find that you're expecting yourself to make progress even when you're unable to.
