Short Story Poll

So theoretically, if I was going to write a short story in the world of one of my series, not necessarily about the main characters, which would you like to see it in the most?

Just wondering and wanted to take a poll on it.

I haven't really changed plans, but I have had a few days were I've been stuck away from my writing desk and had my laptop. Didn't have time to get in the mindset of 'writing the big one' and just sort of sat there thinking about different little stories in the various universes and thought that it might be nice to write more side-story lore stuff that just fleshes the world out more, but not necessarily the main story, you know?

Let me know what you think, and comments are open!

(Also weird I noticed the sci-fi stories are suffixed 'Universe' while the fantasy ones are just a fantasy name of the world, haha.)

Sigma 16 already feels like it is part of ship core only a different time or part of Corpo part of space if you do make a side story I hope it has something in it that will give people net world building info with out having to info dump and be a fun story you don’t need to read to understand the main story or major spoilers

It's just my opinion but I would recommend that writers and authors write the entire novel first and after finishing it and giving it an ending, publish it slowly the chapters, they will not have pressures or difficulties, they would not end up without ideas in the middle of the story or end with pressure of reach the date of the next week or the next month .___. Many novels end up unfinished just because they use that weekly writing method or publishing a monthly one chapter.

Lys and co summon a demon goddess with her girlfriend in tow by accident. Then Yolani builds a special gate so she and Elania can go back to Eladu. Unfortunately, there is an accident and it explodes sucking them all into it. Moreover, the gate connects to the Ferroin network and they land on Sigma 16. Due to the bad experiences with gates they partner with Talia to build some different means of travelling between universes. In the end they build a special ship to fly into a black hole and enter hyperspace. Talia accompanies them to survey various black holes to find one that fits the necessary criteria. While in the orbit around one such candidate their ship malfunctions and ends up on a decaying orbit while everyone is asleep. Fortunately the black hole was the right one and they don't die, but successfuly enter a higher dimension. However, unbeknownst to them someone else happens to be travelling through it using a wormhole drive. They collide, which forces them to crash land in an unknown universe where they are now stranded along the crew of the other vessel which consists of a group of human AIs and a redhead marine. Now they have to join forces to survive in a bizarre and extremely dangerous world filled with strange mysteries that may hold the key to the method that will allow them to finally find their ways home.

Why not all? First one of Lys's dumber recruit friends tries to summon a demon, and then...
