Update + Book Release + Balance

Hi guys, it's been a while (two weeks) since I posted a chapter or said anything, so I wanted to update you all. I haven't had a lot of progress writing since my last post, unfortunately. Some of you have been here long enough to know that when I went on hiatus a few years ago that my family suffered from covid. I essentially was left with just my dad. He's not in great health anymore now either, since he has been getting older. Both of us were hit pretty hard by the loss of my grandparents and mom.

He's been wanting to do more things and I've made it a priority to drop whatever I'm doing to go hang out with him do things etc. But that's left me with a hectic time writing with a lot of distractions that I have never really dealt with before.

I'm not really fishing for sympathy or anything, I just want to explain what's been going on. I've also been burnt out on everything and trying to push through, but combined with everything else that just didn't reesult in much more than me staring at my laptop.

I considered pausing the Patreon until I could get going steadily again, but I'm hoping to get at least a few chapters done on Sigma and ShipCore. It isn't I don't have -any- free time to put toward writing. I've just been demotivated on it.

 So that's pretty neat. CREADFECTTUS does the covers, and I think he is an amazing artist and done a pretty amazing job.

So what''s going on moving forward? I'm hoping to find better balance between everything. I've always been prone to 'unbalance' where I take one thing and run with it as fast as possible. Taking care of everything while not getting stuck on any one thing.

I know daily chapters would be too much for me right now, so I am probably going to try for weekly ones for Sigma and ShipCore in September. From experience trying to 'catch up' to missed chapters is a big 'no-no'' that really doesn't help. I also have to work on editing ShipCore Book 4 and get it done in 1-2 weeks. So its a bit of added work. (And Book 3 of Demoness is going to need the same treatment very soon at the end of this month too.) I'm not the greatest at editing so its a bit daunting. Thankfully the helpful comments on RR do help a lot with finding things. It's just a lot of work going through them all.

This got a bit longer than intended and imagine if these words could have been put into a chapter, haha.
