2020-12-13 17:45:35 +0000 UTCI'm aware that beliefs are not bad, but I try to show that bad people justify their evils based on their beliefs (which has nothing to do with it, like "god doesn't want gays so I don't respect them") and consequently those attacked by these people end up hating religions, god, etc. At the end of the day, humans always screw things up. Anya in this case is aware of that, God is not to blame for mortals being like this. I'm an atheist, but I know it's not bad to have beliefs. What's wrong is what bad sime people do with it u.u and im glad u like it! :D

2020-07-13 15:48:01 +0000 UTCI love seeing beliefs in stories like this, but I’m always afraid it’ll turn out to be a sarcastic display of hate towards god or towards one’s faith. In this comic however you’ve managed to capture some of the complexity in the act of believing while experiencing terrible events and how mankind have changed the holy scriptures according to their point of view. (Although I have to add that in contrast to what I’ve just said, in my opinion religious and beliefs can be beautiful and empowering 😊 and people are not bad because they are religious/believers. If they are bad then that’s on them.. there are a lot of terrible people who are non believers too 🤣) Anyways nice work 😊❤️
