WELCOME TO PUTTSDALE V3.1

This one is mainly bug fixes, although those fixes allow you to see content that couldn't be reached before. I also tried to add in some of the other content that previously only existed as mini-games. Keep an eye out for an upcoming poll regarding what NEW content I should prioritize in Version 3.2 :)
EDIT: I just corrected a couple little things!
EDIT 2: I just added an update (V3.15) that simplifies the twins scene and fixes a scene with Maggie. You can now be spanked my Maggie in the ice cream parlor :)
