The prompt was that this year's county fair pageant is being canceled due to lack of participation.... if only there were a solution and boys could enter too! This was based off a real-life situation, when I went to the fair in my county for the first time only to discover there was no pageant! I asked each artist to use the hashtag #captisacounty so people could find the caps easily.
1st Place winner will get 2 custom caps from me.
2nd Place: 1 custom cap
Surprise: ALL contestants will get a "participation trophy" as I'm going to do a series of my own caps for #captisacounty!
