I had a su*cidal scare last month and have been trying to get my life together again after it feel apart. Very difficult time and I am trying to get through it with the help of friends and a psych. New content is planned. Please understand if I do not post during the week, there is a reason why. If you do NOT see anything from me for a year, fear for the worst.

The oxygen mask goes over your own before another. That is not selfishness but understanding that when you fill your cup to overflowing there is plenty to share with others. You are utterly unique in your contributions. Stand firm in the winds. The crap people throw will likely wind up in their own faces.
