Jump Tezuka Contest One-Shot: New-Terra
Added 2020-08-23 17:13:48 +0000 UTCTheres a really cool shonen jump international manga contest going on atm and i've been working on a one-shot for it called New-Terra, a one shot about a space station that has been lost in space for hundreds of years, the inhabitants having lost knowledge of the station and their origins, reverting back to a fantasy/medieval inspired world where technology of the old world is mythologized as magic and sentient machines are portayed as demons, imagine Dark Souls in space haha. the competition ends on the 1st of September, and i'm really cutting it close on the deadline tbh, i'm most likely not gonna be able to finish. Havnt decided whether ill keep going with the one shot and finish it if i miss the deadline, we shall see, anyway heres some pages from it.

This look incredibly right, dude! What a great idea, it's like a Science Fantasy novel but in manga art style, too. A Soulsborne game in space sounds almost like a Tsutomu Nihei-san manga pitch, lol.
