Added 2017-08-03 16:00:01 +0000 UTCThe texture on the CUSH Icosphere was made by hand-drawing five of those triangles and then copy/rotate/distort/paste onto the other surfaces.
The Transwarp effect in the fourth panel was made with so much futzing around in Photoshop that I worry I won't be able to figure out how to do it again.
