Development Update #22

Figured I'd do this now since I'm kinda bored. Currently on the way to the airport to fly back to the UK. Obviously, no work on the game has happened in the last two weeks since I was in the US, so I'm gonna be quite busy when I get home. I previously said there would be nothing to report after my US trip, but it turns out that isn't the case.
Federally licensed gigachad, Darth.Avidus (From the discord) has donated a lump sum that straight up pays for a 3060. So now I have a new GPU, wooo!
I'm looking forward to getting that installed when I get home, but I'm expecting this to have the following benefits to the project.
- The studio won't crash every 15 minutes (looking forward to that one)
- All renders for the game will now be 4k, and then downscaled to 1080
- I should be able to have more characters on screen at once, which will be vital going forward. (Currently any scene with 4 or more characters is actually multiple renders stitched together with photoshop. Takes a while)
- I should finally be able to do renders for the MS paint bit, though everyone who's already heard about this is telling me to leave it as it is, so we'll see.
- Might be able to do some fancier effects or something, I dunno.
- Unrelated but I might be able to finish my park in planet coaster finally. My 980ti hates that game.
Will confirm these points once I'm home and have had a chance to test the card. If I don't pop up on discord in the next few days, it probably means my plane crashed, which would probably have a negative impact on the project. So fingers crossed that doesn't happen.

Recreate the MSPaint scene exactly as it but in 3D. Or have that scene be one of the unlockables for the trophy system. Regardless, I love this VN so much and look forward to, well, everything! Keep up the amazing work!
