I love having Hugo and Murphy still being very much in love after five centuries. Some relationships DO last, dammit.

when Hugo and Murphy run self-diagnostics if they notice their passion fading with time they can just update their programming to compensate. a veritable font of continually renewing bliss. and if that fails, Hugo can change his name again. ;-) seriously though, Hugo & Murphy's long-lasting love is a very cool detail in the fabric of your universe.
