December's livestream was a live techno adventure!

I've created a live performance setup using Carla, Sequencer64 and Non Mixer fro this stream.

There was a lot of challenges to get this all to work, but somehow I managed to overcome them all just in time.

I've learned there's a Mesa video driver bug that twice crashed last month livestream, and almost prevented this one from ever happening. Luckily I've learned what to do to survive before it gets fixed.

Getting the live music setup to work well was also a challenge, because my streaming/recording setup is also based on Carla and Non Mixer and the two really wanted to hang out together, even though that wasn't what I needed. I managed to clean that up though.

In this stream I gave a live performance using a QWERTY keyboard and a MIDI controller, and shown in detail how I made it, and how you an made one too.

I'm sharing al the files associated with the live project.

You'll need the following software installed to get this to work:

Carla (plug-in host)
Sequencer64 (I prefer the Qt interface - I had to build it from source though)
Non Mixer
Zyn-Fusion (to synthesize all the sounds and allow for realtime sound control via MIDI CC)
Calf plug-ins
SWH Comb Filter
Zam Delay
Dragonfly Hall Reverb
