Technical
- Removed "Left Handed" mode. Now you can both controllers at the same time.
Bug fixes
- Fixed the accessory panel sometime not being displayed when needed
- Fixed the VR camera not always being automatically centered at launch
- Fixed an oversight causing Volumetric Fog calculation costs to still be there even when the effect was turned off. This should result in better performances on some devices.

Mostly bug fixes this time. I admit I wasted quite a few days on the snowmare thing.
Next update should be "Heavy Breeding" part 2 and some more thing to do in interactive mode.
Note that Shining Armor is treated like any other member of the (female) cast. The game don't adapt anything specifically for him - and stallion's muzzle shape tend to fuck up everything involving mouth/tongue. I'm not really happy with the result, but I had promised stallions long ago so...
On the plus side, I changed my internet provider after moving, and it's incredibly nice to upload a new version of Ramage in a few seconds instead of the literal hour it took before.
