Some sketches
Added 2023-05-07 14:19:19 +0000 UTCHere are some unfinished sketches from my rush of enthusiasm for digital painting practice. Usually I have been pretty good at managing my focus and consistency with art and my other hobbies (of which I have too many), but lately my mental health has been pretty bad, and it’s been a real challenge. I have spent a lot of my time not working on anything, and when I have been able to focus, I’ve been at the whims of my ‘motivation’ ie whatever I’m hyperfixated on. Lately, this has been coding, where I’ve made lots of progress and learnt a lot, but unfortunately I have not been able to make art.
I’m getting all rusty again! It’s a shame, because normally I would make wish fulfilment art to soothe Bad Brain, but that hasn’t been an option lately. I’ll keep working on fixing the problems with my environment and we’ll see how we go
