Curriculum Update December 2023

I hope you are all well! Today I would like to give you an insight into my work on the curriculum. I am currently developing two courses in parallel, both related to randomness.
Random Compositions You may have seen my post from last week in which I dealt with an assignment that I call "Random Compositions". I recently challenged my Master's students at Elisava in Barcelona with this task and the results were absolutely amazing and extremely versatile. In my post from last week, I wanted to lay the foundation for an online course in which I explore the topic even more broadly and present further possible solutions to the assignment.

When Computers create Collages Another approach in which randomness plays a major role, but which leads to completely different, very exciting results, is generative collaging. I plan to release a course on this soon, in which I will show you how to turn a pile of image files into any number of collages.

These are the next milestones in the development of the curriculum. I plan to release at least one of the two courses in January. I'm looking forward to your feedback. do you have any other ideas for courses that would fit well into my curriculum? Let me know in the comments.
