2021-07-09 01:37:24 +0000 UTCWhen Schultz proposed hitting Dewey, βGurrahβ Shapiro voted for it. Lepke Buchalter was opposed. After the Dutchman died, Dewey targeted Lepke, getting him into the chair. Shapiro, also in Sing Sing at the time, smuggled a note saying βI told you so!β
