December progress and future plans. A big post!

Hi folks!

I'm glad that you are with me in the new year! I have many plans and I hope that this year they will come to life faster :)

Version 0.2.2 is not long in coming. I have finished making ALL of the content and even put half of it in the engine. I am currently putting in the second half, and will release it after testing!

I want you all to receive new versions more often. I have a few ideas on how to do that. Maybe I'll change the contents of them to quicken their release, but I'm not sure yet. I also want to change the donation goals since streams aren't that interesting. If you have any ideas for donation goals, let me know!

In the new version 0.2.2 you will be able to track your quests. The quest journal is ready, but there are still some things waiting in the wings: scene manager, inventory and item gathering, combat system. A bit more details about each:

I understand that there's a need to repeat scenes, so right after the quest journal I will work on the scene manager. I also want to give 5$ patrons the ability to unlock all scenes instantly.

I want more interaction between the player and interactive objects on the map so that an inventory and item gathering would have meaning. I think this would be much more interesting and give me the ability to add in mini-puzzles.

I have read a lot of comments on the fights with kobolds in the original Windranger's Wanderings and found out that people really want to see scenes when you lose to monsters. Although this is kind of stupid from a design standpoint (having a goal of losing on purpose), I understand why this interests people. I still don't intend to make the combat difficult, I thought of just a few buttons, but I would like to focus on the visuals – add separate sprites for Lyralei, Luna and the enemies. The girls can lose clothes when they lose health and get mini-scenes when they lose – classic. I'm still thinking of how to best handle two characters at once and I have a few ideas although combat still remains the most time-consuming task.

It would be nice if you actually took your time to give consistent weekly updates. The current situation of random or no updates at all keeps me and other people from donating more.

Честно скажу, опять же чисто исходя из моего мнения. Я считаю, что ставить эро сцены после проигрыша не особо так и надо - ломают персонажа. Я бы мог предложить такую мысль мол, Лиралей с Луной просто стоят избитые в тпяпках (одеждой не назвать). Это же за место тех же эро сцены. Но опять же повторюсь, это чисто моя мысль, и моё не навязывающее предложение.
